What does bio-based panelized construction look like in practice today?

Across four sessions, practitioners will bring real projects and case studies to the table. Each session will follow a simple format:

Hear a case study, explore a challenge or solution, and discuss it as a group.

We’ll look closely at how bio-based panelized systems are being designed, fabricated, and built, and dig into the challenges and decisions that shape real projects. The group discussion will give participants a chance to ask questions, share their own experiences, and consider how these approaches might apply to their work.

The goal is to focus on what’s available and working now and share proven approaches that participants can take back to their own projects.

Insights from the sessions will be synthesized into RBC-published reports and resources for the broader building community.

The series is grounded in real projects and proven approaches, with the goal of sharing lessons that participants can take back to their own work.

Become a member of the Reimagine Buildings Collective to join the conversation.

The Reimagine Buildings Collective is where we bring together builders, designers, and changemakers driven to create healthy, climate-ready buildings so that we can share hard-won lessons, level up our practices, and build the networks we need to thrive. Join us!
