This addition with a separate entrance to an existing home is located in the historic district of Santa Fe. The high-perfomance prefab walls and roof disappear beneath traditional New Mexico stucco, and the addition integrates seamless with the existing structure.

🌟 Fun fact: Because this casita is located in the Historic District of Santa Fe, it had to pass through Historic Board Approvals to prove that it was being built in accordance with the traditional adobe style of Santa Fe.
