The Nest

Designed to meet the needs of a growing family or a couple who's ready to downsize, The Nest is a true balance of design and building performance. The Nest was developed in collaboration with B.PUBLIC to optimize panelization and budget - while still allowing a function, livable design to shine front and center.

On the main level, an open kitchen, living, and dining area hold one side of the home, while a primary suite holds the other. In the middle, the hardworking central core: a laundry, pantry, powder room, and mechanical room. Up to the 2nd level, a small loft sits adjacent to a private office, both peeking down on the living & dining space below. A bathroom serves two bedrooms with sizable storage.
